Our TLR Phenolic Plate brings the convenience of TwistLOCK rings to our Phenolic Plates. TwistLOCK Rings can be changed in just seconds with out any need for adjustment. We machine each and every TwistLOCK Ring and plate to match.
Unlike polycarbonate or acrylic plates, these Phenolic plates remain true under a wide range of operating temperatures and won't sag even in the hottest workshops. Each plate is machined in a CNC milling machine to exacting tolerances to give you a perfect fit with Woodworkers Supplies tables and other tables with a 235mm x 300mm nominal opening. Eight threaded set screws are accessible from above to simplify levelling. A temperature compensating ball plunger keeps the insert calibrated against the reference edge of the opening.
Plate is 235mm x 299mm x 10mm thick with three TwistLOCK Rings with 67mm, 25mm and a stepped ring to accept guide bushings. Available pre-drilled to suit the Triton Router or as blank plates that can be easily drilled with common twist drills by user to fit any other router.
All plates include threaded solid metal starting pin, spanner wrench and (3) rings.
