Thank you to those customers who have taken the time to thank us for giving
them, what you all deserve...Great Service!!!
Here are a few of the comments passed by our customers.................
I see more complaints than pats on the back for
suppliers and this time I'd like to give a big pat on the back to
Professional Woodworking Supplies for speed of delivery, courtesy and
general helpfulness.
I recently bought some gear from them that I needed fairly quickly and they
were extremely helpful, I will be dealing with them again.
BTW I have nothing to do with the company

A big second on that....very fast and polite
'Dazzler', Tasmania (Woodwork Forum)
Yup no doubt there one of the best!!!!!
I've been buying gear from them since the days they had a few bits of
t-track etc. For me the gang at professional woodworkers suppliers offers
some of the best customer service and product line in Australia.
Thumbs UP!!!!!

They are simply the best. I have nothing but good
words to say about the service from them. Other suppliers should sit up and
take note of their example. This is how to ensure return business and
reviews like this.
If you're not buying from professional woodworking supplies then take a look
at them.
(no affiliation blah blah blah just an impressed and very satisfied
customer)

I've ordered a few bits 'n bobz from PWS, and have
always received great customer service.
Tuesday last I ordered an engineered router table top, and a Phenolic router
plate. Placing the order on the web, I mistakenly also clicked on a Phenolic
ring; minutes later Marita called me up to clarify the order, which I
thought was pretty darn good. All items received yesterday! That's what I
call excellent service.
Anyone wanting Incra kit should use PWS IMHO

R.I.P. Steve enjoy that big workshop in heaven.... Grahame & Marita
...................Thanks for the great service you
guys give. I am still puzzled that I had to get these things shipped from
Australia to get a metric version of the Incra miter gauge. I mailed Incra a
couple of month ago, but they said that there was only the imperial version.
Cheers

Note: We never solicit customer comments but when we receive
feedback like this we're justifiably 'chuffed' and proud to share them.
We must also acknowledge the great communication medium we woodworkers
